In 1980 a terrible event took place in Las Palmas Port, the death of a stevedore ´s daughter during a protest act. Since that date, each July 25th stevedores pay tribute to Belen´ s Maria memory as a symbol of the fight to improve our labour conditions and life. In July 30th, 30 years have passed and the coordinating committee wants to commemorate such special anniversary by organizing a week full of professional, social and sport meetings.

For this reason, we invite you to share with us this fraternization week between the 19th and 25th of July.
